Where do I upload my logo?

Upload your logo on the product page or basket page. SVG/PDF/AI is ideal, PNG works too.

Do you send an approval before dispatch?

Yes — we send a proof via Email or WhatsApp. Once approved, we produce and dispatch.

What’s the cut-off time?

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) dispatch the next working day (subject to approval and stock).

How long does delivery take?

Typically within 48 hours after dispatch for UK mainland. Remote areas may take longer (e.g. Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands).

What happens when daily slots are full?

We have limited production slots each day. If slots are full, ordering reopens on the next working day.

Can I mix sizes?

Yes — mix sizes within packs so everyone is covered.

Is the left chest logo included?

Yes — your left chest logo is included on eligible packs/bundles unless stated otherwise.

Do you deliver to Highlands / NI / Channel Islands?

We can, but delivery times may be longer than UK mainland. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm.
